Order Processing Time
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days of their receipt. Custom made items may take extra time to be produced. Urgent order processing is available on request. If there is a specific deadline to be met, please make sure to communicate it to us.
Shipping Options
We ship from facilities located in the United States and Europe. Orders from Europe are shipped via airmail, EMS, and UPS Express. Orders from within the United States are generally shipped via USPS but we may also use UPS and FedEx. Transit time is not guaranteed. In rare cases, there may be customs clearance delays. The buyer or its representative is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and volume.
- Economy shipping normally takes up to 20 business days but this may be extended during holidays. Shipments sent within the United States take up to 5 business days.
- Standard shipping is a registered shipping method that requires signature on delivery. It normally takes up to 12 business days in transit with potential delays during holidays. Delivery progress can be followed online using tracking codes provided upon dispatch.
- Express shipping normally takes up to 5 business days. Remote locations are subject to a surcharge that will be communicated by us before dispatch.
Transfer of Risk
Risk transfers to the buyer or its representative on delivery. Therefore, we recommend examining package contents upon delivery or pickup and have the carrier document any concerns regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged goods. Failure to do so renders any subsequent claims null and void.
