Refund policy

We are dedicated to making sure you are absolutely thrilled with every item ordered from us. However, if there are any issues, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

There is a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges are non-refundable. These terms apply to unclaimed or refused orders and orders returned for any reason by the postal service in the destination country. Buyer pays return postage.

Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of return authorization using a tracked shipping option that includes insurance. Merchandise must be unused and in original, fully resalable condition. The restocking fee also applies to any unshipped orders that are not canceled within 2 hours of order placement.

Custom made items and wholesale orders are non-refundable.

Please do not make returns before communicating with us.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
